Beware the 10 year treasury bubble - update Inflation jacked to 30 year high

With US consumer inflation running around 5.4% (6.2%) can anybody splain why 10 year US treasuries are yielding 1.56%? This cowboy has been confused for a looooong iffin time. The 10 year gets jacked to something close to where it belongs and Canadian mortgage holders will find themselves screwed, blued, and tatooed. The 'house rich' will discover they are dirt poor and needing to sell their mansions pronto, to some bloody body.
